L’edificio danneggiato dal sisma del 2009 e del 2016, dichiarato inagibile è stato oggetto di importanti lavori di miglioramento sismico ed energetico.
Oltre a conseguire una migliore sicurezza strutturale, sono state utilizzate le migliore tecniche di isolamento termico ed impiantistiche, per restituire un immobile profondamente rinnovato ed efficiente.
